I am a dramatic advisor, performer and performance studies theorist based in Hamburg, Germany. After studying Intercultural European and American Studies (majoring in "social documentary photography" and "art as a political practice") at the Universities Halle / Saale and Macquarie Sydney, I received my Masters degree in Performance Studies at the University of Hamburg. My doctoral research was accompanied by a.pass (advanced performance and sceneography studies) and awarded with "magna cum laude" from the University of Hamburg. From October 2016 until December 2020 I worked as a professor of aesthetics and performance at MSH University of Applied Sciences and Medical University Hamburg. My current artistic research project "The Performance-Writing-Machine" triggers the coincidence and randomness of text generation and expresses an expanded interest in computational linguistics and probability. More to follow soon.
